<p>以前は、胃がんの罹患率が高い人は6～70歳の高齢者が多かったが、現在では30～50歳代で胃がんと診断される人が増えている。若者の食生活や生活習慣の悪さ。これらが、若年層での胃がんの発生率の増加の主な理由です。</p>
<p>1. 不健康な食生活</p>
<p>最近、炭酸飲料、バーベキュー、鍋、スパイシーな鍋などの「ジャンクフード」を好んで食べる若者が増えています。<a style="color: #000000; text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.hkioc.com.hk/cancer-types/stomach-cancer/">胃癌症狀</a>これらの食品には多くの化学物質や添加物が含まれており、発がん性物質である3～4ベンゾピレンや環状芳香族炭化水素も生成する可能性があります。物質は消化管に悪影響を与えるだけでなく、消化管を長時間刺激することでがんを引き起こし、身体に大きなダメージを与える可能性があります。</p>

<p>勉強や仕事のプレッシャーが高く、異常な労働や休息は疲労を感じやすく、精神状態に影響を及ぼし、消化不良、胃潰瘍、胃炎などの病気を引き起こしやすく、重度の胃潰瘍は胃がんにつながりやすくなります。</p>
<p>がん細胞は、正常な細胞分裂中に突然変異が発生することで形成されます。夜間は細胞の増殖が最も活発な時間帯であり、十分な睡眠がとれていない場合、体の免疫力が大幅に低下し、細胞の突然変異を制御することが困難になります。</p>
<p>4. 病気予防に対する意識が低い</p>
<p>若い人は自分は若いし体力があると思っている人が多いので、多少の症状があっても気にせず、病院での検査が間に合わず、多くの病気が発症します。重大な病気に遅れてしまう。</p>
<p>したがって、若い人は、がんに対する理解を深め、がんの疑いのある症状が体に現れ、発作が続いたら、できるだけ早く病院に行き、胃カメラやCTなどの検査を受ける必要があります。また、遺伝性疾患の家族歴がある人も早期スクリーニングへの意識を高め、遺伝子検査を実施し、早期診断・早期治療を実現する必要があります。</p>
<p>無症状の高リスクグループにも胃カメラ検査を受けることが推奨されます</p>
<p>病気の予防の重要性は明らかです。病気が何であれ、予防措置を講じることが最善の方法です。</p>
<p>胃がんの初期症状は発見が難しいことが多く、腹部の不快感、食欲不振、体重減少、食後に膨満感を感じやすい、黒いタール状の便などの症状が現れた場合は病院へ行く必要があります。重大な結果を避けるために、できるだけ早く胃カメラ検査を受けてください。</p>
<p>さらに、胃がんのリスクが高く「無症状」の人にも胃カメラ検査を受けることが推奨されます。たとえば、家族に胃疾患、胃の不快感が続く人、ヘリコバクター・ピロリ感染のある人は、年齢や胃の不快感の有無に関係なく、適時に胃カメラ検査を受ける必要があり、40歳以上の一般の人は、できれば2年ごとに胃カメラ検査を受ける必要があります。胃カメラ検査を受けてください。早期発見、早期治療により胃がんの5年生存率は90%以上に向上します。</p>
<p>実際、胃がんは早期に発見して治療し、適時に胃カメラ検査を実施する限り、治癒率は大幅に向上します。専門家は、胃がんを予防するためのタイムリーな胃カメラ検査に加え、ジャンクフードの頻繁な摂取、喫煙と飲酒、無秩序な仕事と休息、健康診断を好まないなどの悪い習慣を取り除くよう呼びかけています。<br />

I have what I deem to be a problem. It is not over-eating, nor gambling. I don&rsquo;t buy too many clothes for myself, or even collectibles for my home. I can&rsquo;t stop buying cookbooks. My husband says that it&rsquo;s perfectly fine&ndash; it&rsquo;s all in the name of research. (Some would call him an enabler, I prefer to think of him as generous and understanding.) The cookbook acquisition has gotten to such a magnitude, that I can hardly keep up. There are always new (to me) books to peruse, forgotten relics waiting to be rediscovered, as well as brand-spanking-new cookbooks with glossy pictures and pages unmarred by sauces and food stains. But it is really those vintage cookbooks, written by mostly unknown authors, with dingy photographs, or no pictures at all, that get my stomach churning and my mind reeling.<br />
<br />
Each year when we go to Los Angeles to visit family, I make a special trip to Pasadena to Cookbooks by Janet Jarvits. A small shop with a varied collection, this is the best vintage cookbook store I have ever found. Unassuming, incredibly knowledgeable yet non-threatening Ms. Jarvits, whether she knows it or not has helped me immensely with my two cookbooks, and endlessly fuels my curiosities. If buying cookbooks is my drug, she is one of my pushers.<br />
<br />
I had the opportunity to stop by the store in February. When it was laughably cold in New England, her little shop was sunny and bright. I picked up a handful of books that day, and now, all these months later, I&rsquo;m just getting around to spending some time with them. One book I selected is As American as Apple Pie. It&rsquo;s a wonderful collection of recipes and variations of classic American recipes. Think of it as greatest hits album for the kitchen.<br />

An easy and healthy recipe you can make is Boiled Peanuts. Simply done by boiling peanuts in a salty water till they are cooked or tender. We bought almost every herb we could find for a lamb dish we made earlier in the day, so we needed to figure out a way to use up all the leftovers so that they wouldn&rsquo;t go to waste.&nbsp; We set aside the mint for Rhubarb Mojitos (coming soon), and chopped the rest up for what would become the tastiest frittata I&rsquo;ve ever had.&nbsp; With added red peppers and feta, this frittata really packs in the flavor.&nbsp; It would make a wonderful and easy breakfast-in-bed meal for Mother&rsquo;s Day or an impressive brunch option that requires only a few minutes to throw together <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none;" href="https://www.nuskin.com/zh_HK/products/nu_skin/hair_care/haircareforallproducts.html">hair care</a>.<br />

Anytime I travel for an extended period of time, let's say longer than a couple of weeks, I end up craving certain foods from home. The craving creeps up on me like a fungus - not bad at first, but in the end, formidable. This trip it was avocado, then leafy salads, eventually dovetailing into broccoli. The greenest of the green stuff. I stocked up on the lot when I arrived home, and the salad parade started shortly thereafter (hence today's recipe). But let me back up a bit. I ate one salad in the weeks I was in India. It was arugula, it was grown in Jaipur, and there is a story behind it <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none;" href="http://wow.esdlife.com/space.php?uid=49400&amp;do=blog&amp;id=191210">Alexander Hera</a>.<br />

Those of you who have been readers for some time know there are few things I love (or assign more importance to) than serendipity. It is the root of many good experiences and relationships that have intersected my life. And this is one of those examples. Wayne and I walked into the Anokhi Cafe, in Jaipur, to grab a bite to eat, and as we sat down Melissa Millward came over to our table to introduce herself. Anokhi is a much-loved textile company, with shops throughout India, doing all sorts of good work related to traditional textile printing, communities, and craftspeople. And Melissa, she's the lovely ex-pat who heads up all things related to the cafe. Most days she is gone by the time we arrived, but we lucked out. She recognized me from the site(!), and it was our good fortune that we got to chatting, because she was kind enough to invite us out to the Anokhi Farm the following day - an experience that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none;" href="http://www.highendsale.com/collections/valentino-scarves-sale">valentino sale</a>.<br />

The property includes the company headquarters, an organic farm, a commercial kitchen (where much of the food is prepped for the cafe), and residences. This is a glimpse of an area set-up to test out new patterns and ideas - long tables lined with cotton, where fabric is hand-stamped. Each color gets its own pass (above / below). It's incredible. And as a side note, if you're interested in textiles and traditional printing techniques you can't miss the Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing.<br />

I suspect Anokhi Cafe is the only restaurant in Jaipur (all of Rajasthan?) using ingredients that are both organic &amp; in-season. They have multiple greenhouses to protect certain crops from the intense elements, and this is where they grow a range of beautiful lettuces, tomatoes, and basil for the cafe. The nets you see are embedded deep into each bed to protect the crop from insects, and the height of the beds is for ergonomics - also, to optimize the number of beds you can arrange in the space (you need less space if farmers are standing straight up rather than bending forward <a style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none;" href="http://wow.esdlife.com/space.php?uid=48227&amp;do=blog&amp;id=186115">alexander hera wedding</a>).]]></content:encoded>

簾外的雨繼續下著，隱約可以聽見蛙鳴，雨聲似乎是變小了，傻瓜，雨聲不變小又怎麼能聽見蛙鳴呢？呵呵，那我還聽見寢室的姐妹夢語呢，那這是什麼聲音變小之後才能聽到的呢？我不知道，我也不想知道。不由得想去看看雨，踢開被子，離開我心愛的小床，掀開窗簾，打開陽臺的門，躡手躡腳的走出去。（噓，別吵醒了姐妹們）無數雨滴就像眼淚一樣下個不停，只是它連成了一串一串的，敲擊著沉睡中的校園。平日裏輝煌的燈火在雨中閃現，叫人看不清它到底在哪！奇了怪了，這樣的天氣怎麼可能有人行走在校園，燈還亮著幹嘛呀？轉之，又覺得好無趣，問這個問題就像白癡一樣，大半夜，誰會關注這些。看嘛，又提到白癡了，還真沒勁。只是我不知道，到底是雨擋住了燈火，還是淚光淹沒了眼簾<a href="http://www.toitaly.hk/pr/travel.html" style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none; font-weight: normal;">意大利遊記</a> ？<br />

低下頭，看見自己鵝黃色的脫鞋和火紅色的睡衣裙擺，呵呵，突然覺得，在這樣的夜，這樣的裝扮，站在陽臺上，好像有點怪怪的。是哪里怪怪的呢，說實話，還真想不出來。才不想管那麼多呢，這樣，挺好！我說的！雨真的變小很多了，就像我期待的那樣，蛙聲也格外的清晰了，燈火也亮了許多，只是依舊不見有人行走。我好像又忘記了，校園11點之後是不允許閒逛的。哎呀，什麼記性嘛！這都能忽略，服了！好像起風了，丫頭你又怎麼了，什麼叫好像啊，是本來就起風了呀。哦，怪不得呢，我說怎麼會覺得涼嗖嗖的嘛，原來是起風了。校園的樹開始搖擺，雨水還未曾離開，它的姿勢很醜，可是風就像很調皮的丫頭，才不管這麼多呢，真是樹欲靜而風不止啊&hellip;&hellip;我好像說了&ldquo;丫頭&rdquo;對吧，丫頭，怎麼覺得這稱呼好熟悉啊&hellip;&hellip;算了，不想了。<br />
